This song is about liberation of the working class, and ushering in an age of true democracy. This world has left me broken and hopeless, and so I will find a new world, make my grand escape, and place my red flag on it. The main theme I had in mind while writing this song was the escape from reality. Reality being too depressing and hopeless to even think about.
